A hybrid bicycle, and especially the MERIDA CROSSWAY, stands for a literal cross of many positive qualities. Above all, the practical, robustly designed, yet lightweight aluminum frame plays an important role in the recreational character of the CROSSWAY. And the 2016 models have received a significant upgrade: thanks to the new, restyled top tube and the new head tube, all CROSSWAY models not only look even better, but it was also possible to increase the stiffness of the head tube, and thus the precision of braking and steering. As a result, the heart of your versatile travelling partner beats even stronger and has equipment that is more than merely adequate: thanks to its suspension forks and moderately profiled, smoothly rolling tires, the CROSSWAY makes use of its trailblazing qualities paved as well as unpaved roads, and it provides maximum comfort and safety at all times. Ergonomic saddles, handlebars and controls add to the joy on a CROSSWAY. Since fenders, a kickstand, and\/or a bike rack can be attached (depending on model version), the 2016 CROSSWAY fears neither its role as a daily driver nor adverse weather conditions.<\/p>\n
