Free publications are available for DOWNLOAD. Unfortunately we have neither space nor a budget to for paper publications.<\/p>\n

If you order the free publications separately they should be available for download immediately.<\/p>\n

If you order them together with other (paid) stuff you have to wait until we confirm the payment (we keep the right to “correct” your order, but you can only pay less, not more \ud83d\ude42 Then log in again to download the free publications. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Shipments and returns<\/h2>\n

Your pack shipment<\/h3>\n

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via ordinary mail.<\/p>\n

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.<\/p>\n
