Bicycle transport Riga-Tallinn by train? (2019)

Technically it’s possible, to go Riga-Tallinn by train. One train arrives from Riga 13:47, a 20 min waiting, and hop on the train to Tallinn at 14:11.But looks like the Estonian train schedule changes a lot, so checking elron website before trip is necessary.
